Let patients have an intake conversation with our Squire assistant before the consultation, so you have the most important insights right upon entry. Additionally, you save a few minutes per consultation because you no longer need to discuss the questions already asked by the AI.

1. What does the patient intake involve?

Before the patient comes to you for a consultation, they receive an invitation link (more info on how you can give this link to the patient: https://squiresupport.featurebase.app/en/help/articles/2503088-how-do-i-invite-a-patient-for-the-ai-intake) to speak with our Squire assistant.

  • The AI asks targeted questions about, for example, symptoms and medical history. Customize the questions you want the Squire assistant to ask the patient by sending an email with the questions to support@squire.eu.

  • The Squire Assistant adjusts its questions based on the patient's answers for a natural flow.

2. Different ways of communication

Squire offers the patient the freedom to choose how they want to share the information:

  • Chat function: The patient can type answers, similar to a WhatsApp conversation.

  • Voice function: The patient can also actually speak to the AI. This makes the intake accessible and approachable for everyone.
