Configure your system language, the language of your reports, and your spoken language independently for maximum flexibility.
1. Adjusting System Language
This determines the language in which the buttons, menus, and notifications of the Squire platform are displayed.
Go to Settings.
Look for the Application Language section.
Select your preferred language (e.g., Dutch, French, or English).
2. Setting Report Language
This is the language in which Squire formats your medical reports and summaries.
You can find this option also under Settings.
This sets the default language for your templates, ensuring your reports are always professionally formulated in your organization's language.
3. Choosing Spoken Language
Important: The language you speak does not have to be the same as the language of your report.
You can set this language on the Consultation Screen before you start a recording.
For example, Squire can convert a conversation in French into a report in Dutch.
Why this separation is useful:
Multilingual patients: Conduct a conversation in the patient's native language (which you also master), while your report remains in the official working language.
Personal comfort: Use the system in the language you find most comfortable (such as application language or dictation), regardless of the language of the reporting.
